Think of a one happy memory that makes your heart sing. Think of one place in the world that makes your heart sing. Think of one thing you did for another that makes your heart sing. Think of one thing another person did for you that makes your heart sing. Think of one thing or situation in the present that makes your heart sing. Think of one person in your life now that makes your heart sing. Think of something you dream of creating or doing that makes your heart sing.
