Deep Insight Meditation: Gaining Insight and Clarity Into an Issue.

This meditation is designed to help you gain greater insight into an issue in your life. This is done by experiencing the issue from three different perspectives. Firstly, that of your unconscious mind. Secondly, from the viewpoint of your conscious mind (both masculine and feminine hemispheres). Finally, from the perspective of your Higher Mind. All three levels contain valuable insights that together form a spectrum of information and insight into the situation.
