Accessing your course

After purchasing a course, you can go directly to the course page link (URL) to access it. The page link can be found in your order confirmation message (shown onscreen straight after your purchase), in your order email receipt, or via your ‘The Soul Matrix’ store account (under orders).
You must be logged into your store account to allow access to the course page. If you are not logged in, you will get a ‘Restricted’ message.

After purchasing a course, you can access it by logging into your Store account and viewing your order. You must be logged into your store account to access the course. If you are not logged in, you will see a “Restricted” message.

  1. Go to thesoulmatrix.com
  2. Select “My Stores account”. On smaller devices, click the burger icon (3 lines) to view the menu.
  3. Log in using the same email address you used at checkout.

Once logged in:

  1. Click Orders.
  2. Select View next to your course purchase.

This means you are not logged into your store account. Please log in to allow access to the course.

Please make sure you:

  • Copy and paste the course link directly into the same browser you are logged into. It is fine to use a new tab.
  • Avoid clicking the link as this will not take you to the order.

If the order still doesn’t appear, it may not yet be linked to your account. Please, log into your My Stores account, and follow the above. Once logged in correctly, the course will show. You can also read our step-by-step photo guide for further details.

The store account is separate from The Soul Matrix Free Resource Library and The Soul Matrix Healing Session bookings. Even if you already have accounts for those, you must create a new account for store purchases and access courses.

For all store purchases, if you do not already have an account, one will be automatically created for you after the purchase. Your login details will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout. Please check your spam or junk folder if you can’t see the email.

Use the “Forgot password” option on the Store login page to reset your password. If you don’t receive the reset email, please check your spam folder. If you still haven’t received it, please email support@thesoulmatrix.com.

  • Work through the course online, or,
  • Download the files using the download button provided.

Many people miss this option, so look for the download button within the course content.

A successful order will result in an ‘order confirmation’ message being displayed at the end of the checkout process. If your payment does not complete, or the checkout process takes too long, your order will not be saved. If this happens, then please:

  • Return to the store and place the order again.
  • Check that your payment method is authorised and completed successfully.

If, on the rare occasion, your payment was taken from your account, please email support@soulmatrix.com, and we will correct this for you.

If your order is not visible under Orders, it usually means the purchase is not linked to your account yet.
