“I am a divine expression of love, I am light within a human frame, this light infuses every cell of my body, this love, this light infuses my bones and blood, this light infuses every organ in my body, this light infuses my nervous system, this light infuses my hormonal system, this light infuses my digestive system, lifting my vibration into higher frequencies of possibility. I am light.
This light is shifting my reality. Opening new doors and closing old ones. As I shift out of lower frequencies of fear and separation I know in every fibre of my being am one with my Higher Self, I am one with my Monadic Self. I am one with God/Goddess All That Is. In this light, in this love, I am lifted out of the lower and raised into the higher. A higher world is here. It is being born right now. I release the old 3D paradigm of separation consciousness and embrace 5D unity consciousness. I am unity consciousness.
This unity consciousness is not something new, it is something that has been long forgotten on the planet. Now is the time to remember, now is the time to awaken.
