Great rage internalized, I stumbled on Rainbow Heart shaman who assisted me in awakening kundalini. I’d been meditating for a few years prior but a density, heaviness still in my body was almost unbearable. Plus serious health issues. During session with the shaman I experienced mostly subtle spark like snaps of electricity (no hurtful sensations) until there was a tremendous “snap” in root chakra and in my third eye an incredible building of orange brick by brick pyramid. I arose laughing complete bubbling up of pure joy laughing laughing asking the Shaman if she’d cracked me over my pelvis with a baseball bat. She said little and disappeared. Then a blue eyed elder woman appeared seeming out of nowhere and there was a loving exchange, strong olfactory experience that another shaman witnessed saying “wow something is surely going on here.” I floated for days after. Absolutely. The medical doctor insisting at a follow up that I should be feeling very very ill after they dropped the ball losing my file and no medical appointment for 6 months. Haha. I was completely healed of growth. Sorry to leave such long comment but I’ve never told anyone about this. So grateful to hear from your guests Steve. And you of course. Absolutely.
