This remastered transmission (originally uploaded October 2018) is for anyone going through a transition right now.
It is essentially a journey from caterpillar to cocoon to butterfly. In the caterpillar stage the old life is falling apart and uncharted territory looms. This uncharted space is the cocoon which is there to prepare us to leave our familiarity zone. Beyond the cocoon a new life is slowly forming. This new life is the butterfly stage. Wherever you are in the journey, whether at the caterpillar, cocoon or the beginning stage of the butterfly this transmission will help support you on your journey along the spiraling path.
